Chiringuito Riu Blanc

Chiringuito Riu Blanc is an open-air bar and restaurant located at the upper access area to Cala del Moraig, next to the car park.

Its location makes it a convenient place to stop for a drink or a meal before or after visiting the cove, walking the Cliffs Route or exploring other natural areas along the coastline of El Poble Nou de Benitatxell.

It offers simple, informal food, including burgers, sandwiches, tapas, fish, rice dishes, salads and combination plates, as well as cold drinks and takeaway options.

The establishment has outdoor tables and offers a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by the natural scenery of the Moraig area.

Chiringuito Riu Blanc is located in the upper part of Cala del Moraig, close to the car park and the beginning of the pedestrian access to the beach.

During the busiest months, access and parking at Cala del Moraig are regulated. Visitors are advised to check the parking conditions in advance and use the free shuttle bus provided by the Town Council.

In 2026, the bus service runs daily from 1 July to 31 August, connecting the town centre, several locations in Cumbre del Sol, the upper car park and the cove.

In addition to its scheduled routes, the shuttle runs approximately every 20 minutes between the upper car park and the beach access, except while completing its general routes and during the break from 14:00 to 16:00.

As the establishment operates in connection with the beach season, visitors should confirm its opening hours before travelling outside the summer months.
